Information for Exhibitors

Event Registration

Please remember to register online for your two complementary registrations. This will help us have an accurate count for meals as well as ID Badges for the Exhibitors.

Key Times for Exhibitors

  • Booth Setup - Wednesday, January 30th from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.

  • Exhibit Hall Opening - Wednesday, January 30th at the evening networking (see schedule for more details)

  • Exhibitor Prizes - Thursday, January 31st during the evening reception

  • Booth Take Down - Friday, February 1st at 10:30 a.m.

Hicks Convention Services

Hicks Convention Services from Memphis, TN will provide the booths for us this year. Each booth will be 10 feet wide & 6 feet deep. Included will be a 6 foot skirted table, company name on a sign, two chairs and wastebasket. Booth fee does not include electricity. Hicks will send Exhibitor Service Kits to you prior to the event with order forms and instructions about obtaining additional booth needs, including electrical service. For additional information please contact Hicks at 901-272-1171.

Shipping Arrangements

Hicks can accept shipments of show materials up to 30 days prior to show set up. Shipping instructions and rates for this service will be included in the Hicks Exhibitor Service Kit. If you ship directly to the hotel, you do so at your own risk.

Shipping To Sheraton Memphis Downtown Hotel

Memphis Sheraton will receive boxes, crates, pallets at the back dock area up to 3 days prior to group arrival. Label each piece and address all shipping documents/ bills of lading as following for shipments. If shipping more than one box/package/crate, number them as follows: 1 of 5, 2 of 5, etc.

The hotel Shipping/Receiving department will receive shipments Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. To check arrival of a package, please call (901) 527-7300 x 3653.

Outbound Shipping/Handling

To expedite the process for outbound shipments, please affix a completed carrier air bill to each package. Boxes and FedEx shipping supplies are available through the shipping office. Pickup of outbound packages by non-standard couriers (other than FedEx, for example, UPS) must be coordinated by guest for pick up. Outbound Handling Fees will be applied to each package. Fees applied are in addition to standard shipping rates. FedEx picks up daily at 6:00 p.m. The Sheraton Downtown staff may be contacted at 901-527-7300 for additional logistical information.
